    A Wonderful Stay at Clear Ridge!

    The apartments are ideally situated just a short walk from the main shops and restaurants, making it convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed the clean and spacious living areas, which made for a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The outdoor heated swimming pool was an absolute delight—who would have thought I'd be able to swim in August? It was refreshing to relax by the pool while taking in the serene views of the surrounding landscape. The fully equipped gym was also a fantastic perk; I appreciated having the option to sneak in a workout during my stay. Clear Ridge exceeded my expectations for comfort and convenience, and I can't wait to return!

    The hotel's location was very central, close to the golf course. The room we had was absolutely gorgeous and big, came with stunning views, the shower over a high spa bath, a luxurious bath tub...

    Tbh Wi-Fi was average, and the bed was way too hard.

    we recently stayed at clear ridge and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of our apartment. the layout was fantastic, and we loved having a well-equipped kitchen and a huge spa bath. being so close to local shops and eateries made our stay even more enjoyable. we appreciated the in-room laundry facilities, which were handy after a day of adventure. overall, it was a great experience that exceeded our expectations.

    The room was extremely spacious and bright with a lounge, a kitchen, and a balcony.

    Superb base for traveling to Hanmer Springs and exploring local places. Nice building and rooms with great facilities. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Amazing and fantastic location in Hanmer Springs, close to Clear Ridge, the ceiling fan outlet and village centre. The hotel of choice in Hanmer Springs.

    we had a fantastic stay at clear ridge. the apartment was spacious, providing us plenty of room to unwind. we loved being on the second floor, which offered stunning views. the full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the laundry facilities were a lifesaver, especially after our visits to the pools. the comfortable beds and luxurious robes added to the overall experience, making it a nice getaway.

    Here's what worked, and what didn't

    The apartment was spacious and clean, offering comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Service was very good, with easy parking and fast WiFi. The location struck a perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to attractions!

    The communication with staff could be slightly improved, as some requests seemed overlooked. A lack of tissue boxes and minor issues with curtains were a tad annoying, but did not significantly detract from our experience.

    We enjoyed a wonderful night at Clear Ridge Apartments with our 4-month-old baby. Rosie made check-in a breeze, and the spacious, immaculate two-bedroom layout was perfect for our family. The well-equipped kitchen and amazing spa bath added to our stay, though we wished for more kitchen storage. Its close proximity to attractions like the thermal pools made our visit nice. We’ll definitely return!

    What a lovely spot! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to shops and bars. I really enjoyed how clean and cozy my apartment was, plus the unique furniture added a special touch.

    But I’ve got to say, the noise from the kids above us was really distracting. It felt like they were running around at all hours, which made it hard to relax. A ground-floor unit might be better for families with small kids.

    Great views from the balcony made our mornings special. The apartment felt spacious with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the full laundry facilities, perfect for drying our swim gear after visiting the Hanmer Pools. The heated swimming pool was a hit, even in the cooler month of August. Staff were genuinely cute, we felt right at home. A few areas in the apartment could have been cleaner, like the toilet window frame. We had a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi dropping occasionally, but a quick reset did the trick. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, it's one of the best places I've been to in Hanmer!

    Family with children fantastic getaway

    Rosie at reception was great , helped us get settled and answered all our questions right away. The two-bedroom apartment reminded me of a palace, huge and so well-decorated with a nice balcony where we spent evenings laughing and taking in the views.

    It wasn't the cheapest option , but for what you get, honestly worth every penny.

    Spacious apartment with a great garden area and relaxing outdoor pool! The staff were very accommodating, especially with our young kids.

    The two-bedroom apartment was super spacious with everything we needed. It had a nice balcony with a view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a massive shower/bathtub combo. The spa was very nice with a hot tub and great massage services. Loved the outdoor swimming pool too!
